RRECS IMPLEMENTATION DELAYED

 At approximately 5:00 P.M. today, Monday, March 20, the NRLCA was notified that because of system issues, the PS Forms 4241-A could not be generated. This will cause a delay in RRECS implementation until at least April 8, 2023. We are sure that you are frustrated, as is your National Board! We will keep you updated on any further developments as they occur.
